Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within five days of delivery for a full refund. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still intact.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at momme@mommestudio.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
International Deliveries
If you order over $600 SGD, we'll provide standard delivery free of charge.
All duties and taxes specific to your country's rules and regulations are calculated at the time of purchase.
These duties and taxes will be added to your shipping at the time of purchase, and we will prepay those duties and taxes so your goods don't get hung up waiting for additional payment at the customs office.
The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Local Deliveries
Domestic, standard deliveries will be made in Singapore free of charge.
